We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee from the time of activation. If our service does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within this window — no questions asked.
3. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are granted only if:
- The request is submitted within 24 hours of subscription activation
- Technical issues persist after our support team has attempted to resolve them
- The service is not as described on our website
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 24-hour window has expired
- Internet connection issues on the customer’s end
- Incompatible devices or unsupported hardware
- Failure to provide accurate device information at the time of purchase
- Renewal subscriptions (only initial subscriptions qualify)
- Promotional or discounted plans clearly marked as non-refundable
